W. Jule WIndham has over 30 years of experience as a licensed Nursing Home Administrator in the State of Georgia. As an Administrator, his focus on compliance has earned his facility one of the best compliance records in the state of Georgia. He founded WindCorp Management in 2008, and his leadership has been vital to the success we have experienced to date.
As co-founder of WindCorp Management Services, Bonnie has over 30 years of experience in the complexities of Medicare and Medicaid billing compliance, as well as the experience of successfully completing Medicare and Medicaid applications during facility acquisitions. Her position on the Medicare Intermediary Advisory Board for Cahaba provides WindCorp unique insight into current and proposed Medicare billing changes facing providers.
Ashton Windham, CFO
Business & Financial Adviser
Ashton Windham has successfully overseen the pricing and acquisition of a skilled nursing facility. While managing the facility to sustain profitability, the facility recently received two consecutive surveys with zero deficiencies. His specialties lie in Cost Report reimbursement optimization, creating work place efficiencies, and analyzing the financial benefits of projects. He is also a licensed Nursing Home Administrator and serves as a Director on the Georgia Healthcare Association Board.
Spencer Windham, COO
Operational Management Consultant
Spencer Windham manages the operations of WindCorp's skilled and personal care homes. He oversees physical plant modifications including a recent 8500 sq. ft. expansion to one of our facilities. An additional focus of his is adherence to Life Safety Code compliance. Spencer was instrumental in assuring the deficiency free status at The Oaks Nursing Home and is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator
Mary Smith is the Administrator of The Oaks Personal Care Home. She also manages payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, billing, and all other accounting functions associated with the facilities and businesses managed by WindCorp Management Services. She serves as WindCorp's OSHA compliance officer and is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.

Cindy has over 20 years experience as the Medical Records Director of a skilled nursing facility. Her attention to detail and knowledge of medical documentation requirements make her skills indispensable when identifying potential liabilities within a resident's medical chart.
